Lets Fix Our Internal Problems
Of these people who enter your business, over two-thirds are hoping to buy your product. (I know, most will tell you ‘just looking’ but research shows otherwise.)
Yet, the average salesperson will close less than a quarter of their prospects. If your sales people could close just some of the other 40+% of actual customers who leave, your business could double.
A business must make sure to energize and train employees. We must go the extra mile to make sure the client is approached in a helpful and friendly manner. We must make them feel comfortable in our establishments. It is only at this point that advertising can come into play.
It is better to invest money to fix these problems, than branch out to bring in more prospective business.
Remember ‘just looking’ very well may mean ‘I don’t have enough information to ask a question yet.’
